These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access and use of the Human Resource Management (HRM) Application provided by Torsten Healthcare PVT LTD ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By logging into and using this system, all employees and authorized users agree to abide by these terms.

1. Account Access and Authentication

  • Authorized Access: Access to the HRM system is restricted exclusively to active employees and authorized personnel of Torsten Healthcare PVT LTD.

  • Credential Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (username and password). Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility.

  • Unauthorized Access: Sharing account credentials or attempting to log in on behalf of another employee is strictly prohibited and subject to disciplinary action.

2. Employee Self-Service & Attendance Tracking

  • Attendance Marking: Employees must accurately mark their daily attendance through their designated login portal. Falsifying attendance records, location data, or login times is a violation of company policy.

  • Reports & Records: Employees may view and download their individual performance, attendance, and leave reports. Any discrepancies in records must be reported promptly to the HR department.

3. HR and Finance Management System

  • Financial Data: Payroll data, tax information, expense claims, and banking details stored within the Finance Management module must be accurate. False claims or tamper attempt with financial records will result in termination and potential legal proceedings.

  • Data Integrity: Authorized HR and Finance personnel must process employee data responsibly and in strict compliance with internal data handling policies.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using the application, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass system security, probe system vulnerabilities, or tamper with application databases.

  • Extract or scrape sensitive company data or other employees' personal details without authorization.

  • Use the system for any unlawful, unethical, or non-work-related activities.

5. System Modifications & Availability

Torsten Healthcare PVT LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or update the HRM application features, user permissions, or availability at any time for maintenance, security, or administrative reasons without prior notice.

6. Termination of Access

Upon resignation, termination, or contract end, employee access to the HRM system will be deactivated immediately. Unauthorized attempts to access the portal after employment termination are strictly forbidden.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts where Torsten Healthcare PVT LTD is registered.
